Just a good pick for a walk in the evening in Jacksonville with great value for the money. The bathroom had sturdy grab bars, which was really helpful for my mobility during my stay. Be sure to ask about the pantry items available for late-night snacks.

I had a nice stay at Affordable Suites. The staff were super friendly, and the room was comfy with a great shower. Only downside was the noise from guests above, but overall a solid experience.

The room was clean and spacious, much like a one-bedroom apartment, with an adequate stove and fridge. The manager, Mike, provided exceptional service, promptly resolving issues like credit card problems with the laundry. His attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, with shopping options nearby.

The carpets were stained, and some rooms had unpleasant odors!!! Noise from neighboring units was incessant, making it impossible to relax!!! The overall atmosphere felt more like a chaotic halfway house than a peaceful retreat!!!

The staff provided exceptional service, especially the young lady at the front desk who eagerly accommodated my request for a ground-floor room. The spacious room made it easy for my husband's wheelchair to navigate, and the provided amenities, including a grill outside, truly felt like home. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. it really felt welcoming and community-oriented. I also enjoyed being close to Richard Ray Park, perfect for relaxing walks.

However, noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted our sleep.

the friendly manager made our stay even better by keeping an open line of communication, and it was great to be just a few steps away from Golden Corral for a quick bite to eat and a short walk to Richard Ray Park for some lovely views.

Room comfort exceeded expectations, with a surprisingly spacious layout and excellent kitchen facilities to make meals. Despite the cleanliness, sometimes there was noise from adjacent rooms, which could interfere with relaxation. Additionally, it would have been nice to have more soundproofing between the floors.
